Every good business needs the right team\. Stevie brings 25\+ years of experience, an industry\-wide network and a knack for turning conversations into opportunities\. Winston, Chief Happiness Officer, keeps things grounded and reminds everyone that sometimes the best strategy starts with a walk\.

With more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and economic development technology, I’ve dedicated my career to helping companies and communities grow. I started my journey in Southern California, building trusted connections and leading initiatives that drove real impact. Over the years, I worked with organizations across the U.S., including more than 15 rewarding years with GIS Planning, where I partnered with communities nationwide to adopt technology that makes a difference.

In 2023, I launched The Stevie Project to bring that same expertise directly to companies and communities. I specialize in:

- Driving Sales Growth – helping organizations expand their reach and close more deals.
- Cultivating Relationships – connecting people, businesses, and opportunities.
- Technology Onboarding – guiding organizations to embrace tools that save time and deliver lasting ROI.
- Marketing Strategies – positioning assets for success and telling compelling stories.

At the heart of my work is a belief: economic challenges are opportunities waiting to be unlocked. I thrive on partnering with forward-thinking leaders to turn potential into progress.

When I’m not working, I’m at home in Columbia, South Carolina with my husband James. We’ve built a life we love here over the past 11 years, filled with family, food, and plenty of adventures. James and I share a passion for traveling the globe, trying new recipes (and perfecting old favorites) in the kitchen, and finding ways to give back to our community. Together, we cherish time with our four grown children, our four wonderful grandchildren, and our best buddy Winston — The Stevie Project’s Chief Happiness Officer.

Winston may be the smallest member of The Stevie Project team, but he takes his responsibilities very seriously. As Chief Happiness Officer, he specializes in keeping meetings in perspective, encouraging well-times clarity breaks, and occasionaly making an appearance on a video call.

When he is not supervising the workday, Winston enjoys a comfortable spot nearby, lots of belly rubs and the daily game (sometimes multiple times a day), of chase. His compensation package consists primarily of treats.
